Annelie is an innovator and has successfully set up organisations from scratch. She has the ability to motivate and inspire people and has worked directly on empowerment programmes in challenging deprived inner-city areas. She has experience of working with boards and has specialist knowledge of the public and charity sector.

Annelie moved to England from Sweden in the 1990s. While her emphasis is on achievement, she believes work life balance is crucial for success. Ownership, she says is key: we are all responsible for our communities and workplaces and our role contributes to their success or failure. 

Developing responsibility in managers and teams is something Annelie is passionate about; her specialism lies in coaching managers into leaders. She also has excellent experience working with young people.

She strongly believes that with the right tools and support, leaders can be developed anywhere. Annelie has broad experience in Asset and Housing management spanning budgets running into millions of pounds and has a proven track record in recovering performance failures.
